Not sure which one you need? That is our job. Most visits begin the same way, with a real conversation and a look in your ears, before any equipment comes out. From there, the plan is only what your results call for. Sometimes that means treatment, and sometimes it means a reassuring all-clear.

Do I have to know which service I need before I book?

Not at all. Most people simply describe what they have noticed, whether that is ringing, a muffled world, or a plugged-up ear, and the visit sorts out the rest. Dr. Juarez starts by listening, then does only what your ears actually call for.

Is every appointment really with the doctor?

Yes. This is a single-doctor practice, so the person who tests your hearing is the same one who reads your results and fits any hearing aids. The same doctor stays with your care from start to finish.

Which of these can I walk in for?

Earwax removal and hearing aid repairs are often handled the same day, and walk-ins are welcome for both. For a full hearing evaluation or tinnitus care, a quick call to (512) 503-0024 lets us hold unhurried time for you.

What if I come in and nothing needs treating?

Then you will hear exactly that. Because this is an independent practice, a visit that ends in a clean baseline is a good outcome, and Dr. Juarez will tell you directly when nothing needs treatment.
