Privacy policy.
This page explains what information we collect through this website and our phone and text lines, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Effective August 3, 2026
What personal information we collect
- Call-back form. Your name and phone number, plus anything you choose to add: an email address, what brings you in, a preferred time to be reached, and notes.
- Online scheduling. When you book through the practice calendar, the scheduling system collects your name, contact details, and the appointment you choose.
- Calls and text messages. When you call or text the office, we keep your phone number and the content of the conversation so we can follow up on your request.
- Website basics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested. This site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell ad space. Embedded Google Maps may set their own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
How we use personal information
- To respond to your request and call, email, or text you back.
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments.
- To provide your care and keep accurate records of it.
- To keep the website working, safe, and secure.
We do not use your information for third-party marketing, and we do not send promotional messages you have not asked for.
Who personal information is shared with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the practice, and only so they can do that work for us:
- Our communications provider, which carries our phone calls and text messages.
- Our appointment scheduling system, which handles online bookings.
- Our website hosting provider, which serves this site.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Your agreement to receive text messages from us stays with us. It is never sold, rented, or passed to anyone else for their own marketing.
Text messaging (SMS)
- You consent to receive texts from us when you submit a form with your phone number, text us first, or tell us texting is welcome.
- Our texts are about your requests and appointments: confirmations, reminders, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or call (512) 503-0024.
- Opting out of texts never affects your care. We will simply reach you by phone or email instead.
Your health information
Records created when you become a patient are protected health information and are handled under federal and Texas health privacy law, as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at the office. This page covers the website, phone, and text channels that bring you to us.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. You can opt out of text messages at any time, as described above. To make any of these requests, call or email the office.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
